STEP 6 - Now you are eligible to receive a hearing from the court for a certified Judgement. Contact the clerk's office for a court hearing date. Once you have been notified of scheduling, you will have to fill out the Notice of Hearing, file the form with the clerk, and send a copy to your spouse.
STEP 7 - Bring the Judgement of Dissolution of Marriage with you to the court hearing as well as 4 copies. After successful hearing you will be directed to fill out a Certificate of Dissolution of Marriage and file it with the clerk. This will finalize your divorce in Missouri.
